Jennifer has worked with hundreds of corporate clients since 1981, improving performance in the workplace. A cornerstone of solving performance problems was the development through profiles of the essential success traits required for optimal performance in sales, leadership and management, and in virtually every other task as well. Her clients are found in all industries, including finance and investment, money management, banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, communications, technology, hospitality, commercial real estate and resort development and operations, construction, publishing, advertising, fashion, automotive, competitive sports, medical and aerospace. Her performance strategies have been directed at sales, information technologies, operations, marketing, organizational development, strategic planning, teambuilding, goal setting, and conflict resolution, hiring and merging corporate cultures. Jennifer took up golf in 1994 and realized that the traits that determined good business performance also impacted performance and satisfaction on the golf course. In 2001 she applied her business experiences to the game and developed the Golf Mind Rx? profile. While the Golf Mind Rx? profile was initially for amateurs to help them enjoy their game more, she has since worked with Golf Digest Schools helping instructors to identify the different learning strategies of clients and designing corporate programs for sales and leadership groups. The Golf Mind Rx? profile has become a valuable asset to touring professionals and golf instructors, as well as amateurs, and is used in her work to introduce performance improvement concepts to corporations at golf outings. Jennifer is a native of Miami, Florida and a graduate of the University of Florida. Her B.A. degree is in Philosophy. She resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
